Wesley Barnett

Mr. Barnett joined Anderson LeNeave & Co. in 2026 as a Senior Analyst focused on identifying strategic buyers/financing sources, financial modeling, completing due diligence, and preparing marketing materials. In addition to supporting senior bankers throughout the transaction process, Mr. Barnett is responsible for ongoing business development and maintaining relationships with financial sponsors.

Experience Prior to Anderson LeNeave & Co.

• First National Bank - Underwriter & Portfolio Manager. Mr. Barnett underwrote and managed middle-market and corporate banking relationships across a broad range of industries. He was responsible for credit analysis, deal structuring support, and ongoing portfolio management for relationships totaling over $600 million.

Wesley is a Charlotte, North Carolina native. While at UNC, Mr. Barnett served as a captain of the Men’s Swimming & Diving team. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, pickleball, and mountain biking.
