W. Reed Paden
Director

Mr. Paden joined the Firm in 2005 as a Director. Mr. Paden has over 28 years of asset-based lending and corporate finance experience, and was most recently Senior Client Manager for Bank of America Business Capital (formerly Fleet Capital) for 17 years. At Bank of America, he structured, closed, and managed a diverse portfolio of middle-market asset-based, cashflow and leveraged finance relationships. Mr. Paden routinely assisted his clients in completing acquisitions, major facility expansions, and recapitalizations. Mr. Paden received his B.S.in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
