Mr. Hunter is a Managing Director and Shareholder of the Firm. Prior to joining
Anderson LeNeave & Co. in 2002, Mr. Hunter was a Vice President
for First Union Securities, Inc. At First Union, he originated, structured
and executed public and private financings for corporate acquisitions,
leveraged and management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital.
Mr. Hunter received his MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management
at Wake Forest University and his BA in Economics from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds Series 7, 24, 79 and 63 licenses
and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
