| Mr. Noneman
joined the Firm in 2005 as a Director. Mr. Noneman has over 17 years
of corporate finance and advisory experience and was most recently
with Wachovia Securities, where he managed client relationships across
a variety of industry sectors including industrial components and
equipment, capital goods and construction machinery, electronics,
and paper and forest products. While at Wachovia, Mr. Noneman originated,
structured and closed public and private financings for corporate
acquisitions, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts and growth capital. Mr.
Noneman also has extensive experience in advising client companies
on overall capital structure planning as well as interest rate and
currency risk management strategies. Prior to joining Wachovia, Mr.
Noneman worked for both J.P. Morgan & Co. and The Mitsubishi Bank,
Limited in New York where he was responsible for executing a variety
of financings across a range of industries, with a primary focus on
financial institutions. Mr. Noneman received his MBA from The Fuqua
School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Business Administration
