Pete is a native Cincinnatian and has lived with his wife Mary for the last twenty years in Charlotte where they have raised their four children. He is an avid reader, traveler and golfer.

Mr. Wright has been an owner / operator, entrepreneur and officer of Lionbridge Technologies, a public company which he was a founding member of the management team. A former client of Anderson LeNeave & Co., he joined the firm in 2008. Prior to joining Anderson LeNeave he was the founder of Trinity Security, a company which he sold to Diebold (DBD) New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 2006.

Pete advises client on merger and acquisition transactions as well as acquisition financing, recapitalization and growth strategy. His operational, sales and marketing experience allow him to provide a unique perspective to his clients not commonly found among investment bankers.

Experience Prior to Anderson LeNeave & Co.

  • Founder and CEO of Trinity Security – founded in 2001 as a regional security systems and fire alarm integrator.

  • Made three acquisitions and grew the company to 100 sales, service and installation technicians
  • Sold the business to Diebold, Inc. in 2006
  • Made two security acquisitions for Diebold after selling his business to them in 2006
  • Built his security and life safety business into a SDM Top 75 business
  • Used a combination of “boot strap” financing, senior debt, mezzanine debt and boutique private equity to build Trinity Security.
  • Founding management of Lionbridge Technologies (LIOX) – third employee. Responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for this $450M revenue, 3500 employee information technology service business. Company was founded in 1996 and went public on NASDAQ in 1999. Hired and trained sales team of 45 sales professionals globally
  • Previous sales, marketing and management roles at Berlitz International and R.R. Donnelley & Sons
